Astrologist.com is a free astrology resource. The Service includes the Birth Chart Generator, Compatibility Reading, AI Astrology Chat (subject to usage and rate limits), and the Learn Astrology ebook.
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We do not currently sell reports or subscriptions through the Service, and we do not collect payment information.
Free use of the AI chat is subject to usage and rate limits, which we may adjust to keep the Service available and fair for everyone. We may, at our discretion, grant some users complimentary chat access for a limited period. Complimentary access is free of charge, does not renew automatically, and ends on the expiry date shown on your account page.
Birth chart interpretations and AI chat responses are generated using OpenAI technology. All AI-generated content is provided for entertainment and spiritual exploration purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Your birth details are sent to OpenAI's API for generation.
All content on Astrologist.com is the property of Astrologist.com and is protected by intellectual property laws. Birth chart readings and other content generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to abuse the AI chat, circumvent rate limits, use automated tools to access the Service, reverse engineer the platform, or use the Service for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Astrologist.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of astrological information or AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrologist.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Because the Service is currently provided free of charge, for most users this amount is zero.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for conduct that violates these Terms. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@astrologist.com.
Astrologist.com may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
