All payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
Chat subscriptions ($9 USD/month) auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
Birth chart reports and AI chat responses are generated using OpenAI technology. All AI-generated content is provided for entertainment and spiritual exploration purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Your birth details are sent to OpenAI's API for generation.
All content on Astrologist.com is the property of Astrologist.com and is protected by intellectual property laws. Purchased birth chart reports are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to abuse the AI chat, circumvent rate limits, use automated tools to access the Service, reverse engineer the platform, or use the Service for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Astrologist.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of astrological information or AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrologist.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for conduct that violates these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Astrologist.com may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
